Here’s how you can renew your journal

• Remove the outer two books and take off the elastic band.
• Remove the inside book.
• Insert a new book through the elastic that is bound to the journal.
• Slip the loose elastic band around the first book.
• Grab another two new books and slide it through the band you just slipped on,  one book in the front, the other in the back.
